Stainless-steel drainage gullies

Inox Weld manufactures floor and roof gullies in AISI 304/316L stainless steel. Our solutions ensure safe, fast and hygienic water drainage for industrial plants, commercial buildings and residential spaces, with easy cleaning and a long service life.

We offer gullies with vertical or horizontal outlets in multiple diameters and installation heights, with a choice of grates (anti-slip, perforated, bar) and accessories: odour trap, debris basket, flange/membrane for waterproofing and adjustable frame for tiles, epoxy or concrete. All components are designed in line with EN 1253 requirements, and materials comply with EN 10088.

Technical characteristics & installation

Gully configuration is defined by the building use, expected flow rate, type and thickness of the waterproofing layer, and the final floor finish.

  • AISI 304/316L, TIG welding and laser welding
  • Vertical or horizontal outlet Ø50–Ø160, with/without trap (50/75 mm)
  • Grates: anti-slip, perforated or bar; debris basket
  • Waterproofing: flange and membrane; adjustable frame for tiles/epoxy/concrete
  • Load classes A15–C250 and flow rates tailored to the project (EN 1253)

AISI 304 is the standard for most applications in dry and mild conditions. We recommend AISI 316L for aggressive environments (chlorides, marine climate, chemical and food industries with frequent wash-downs) due to its superior corrosion resistance.
Yes. Based on a drawing or sketch we manufacture non-standard dimensions, special heights, connections and grate types (anti-slip, sanitary, heavy-duty). We also supply accompanying documentation and installation details.
