Inspection of every product
We thoroughly inspect all welds—no pores or pinholes; we grind the waterproofing adhesion areas, check butt and fillet welds, and test watertightness before delivery.
Tested before delivery
Every item undergoes 100% inspection: visual examination of welds (VT to EN ISO 17637) and, where required, penetrant testing (PT to EN ISO 3452-1). Dimensions and finish are checked against the drawing.
Material control (AISI 304/316L)
Upon receipt we sort and reject any lower-grade material. During production we implement eight control points—recording and eliminating every nonconformity through to completion.
